Terima kasih
Saudara,
Terima kasih atas kunjungan serta komentar anda. Ya saya juga masih ingat ketika saya mula datang ke Pusat Bandar Sungai Buloh nama asal sebelum ditukar menjadi Kota Damansara. Saya masih dapat menyaksikan bekas tapak perkampungan Sungai Rumput. Inilah pembangunan. Apakah perlu pembangunan mengorbankan penempatan yang sediaada?
tahun 1980 kami tinggal di sini…kg sg rumput..dikelilingi ladang kelapa sawit, ladang getah dan hutan simpan. ada kira2 30 keluarga melayu di situ…udara nyaman , tanah subur. kami bangunkan surau , kami tanami sayur dan ubi. jalan masuk ikut jalan sg penchala , bersebelahan tmn tun dr ismail , dulu ada sebuah SJKT Ldg Efingham..jalan sunyi , naik turun bukit . ada anak sungai kecil yang nyaman. kami dapat makan buah dan sayur hutan. kami boleh pesan landak dan kancil daripada orang asli di situ. malam yang tenang , sayup suara anak anak didik darul arqam berlagu nasyid dan berzanji. aduh…damai sungguh. tiba-tiba pada tahun 1984 , bunyi mesin penebang pokok riuh , tak henti-henti…semakin lama semakin menghampiri pondok kami . kami terpaksa lari meninggalkan kediaman yang kami sayangi….maka sekarang tapak pondok kami menjadi sunway damansara..tasik asalnya masih kekal. di sekeliling lainnya ialah kota damansara ,tropicana , bandar utama , damansara perdana dan lain-lainya….wah mewah sungguh negeriku !!!!
salam. rumah ni untuk disewa ke?
yo bro,
hows the security at Sec 9 KD, was thinking of buying a property there to raise my 1 year old daughter……..but worried whether xecurity is good is this neighbourhood.
somemore the property i looking at can only park 1 car means 2nd car need to park outisde…..any comments on car theft ??
i understand that most ppl pay a monthly fees for security to patrol at nite … is it effective ?
Assalamualaikum Alid
Apa pun saya memang suka Kota Damansara
Hafiz. Salam Ramadhan

Dear Glennis.
Thank you for visiting and your good words on my post.
Nice gardens beautiful houses, a nice street to live in.
Pak,
Kawasan KD dah jadi kawasan mewah lah. Nak masuk pun jam, nak keluar pun jam. Hari itu anak saya cari apartment nak sewa. (Dia kerja kat Damansara Utama), tapi saya risau public transport tak bolih harap.
Kalau hujan lagi teruk. So kena lah sewa dekat DU.
Tapi kalau ada apartment murah, mungkin dia nak beli tahun depan, Insya’Allah.
Dear Uncle Awang
It is no difference. I consider my self lucky. I managed to buy a house there during recession in 1999. I have applied 2 times to buy the house in this scheme in 1997 and 1998 but not success. During that time in 1999 the potential need not to apply or submit the application but rather to bring your deposit money of advnace payment. The rest will handle by the developer…..however the scenario has change. Initially itended for the lower income group and resettlement of squatters but now the upper class residential outnumbered the former with the tag price that I never imagined before…………
Thanks for visiting and sharing your thoughts tooooooo…..
Kawasan perumahan yg indah, udara yang segar. The picture tell the whole stories, macam documentry filem anyway Thanks for sharing.
Well,,I don’t know in Semananjung but in Sarawak housing is so much costly now ,apa lagi jika kawasan elite near to city.
Rumah rakyaat pun sama..you know what the state say..bukan kita tak tolong rakyaat..bank tak lulus loan bukan kita (state housing minister)yang tak kasih rumah???..dia marah bank pulak.
